Over two days, we walk through the full SIMPLE Blueprint for Instructional Coaching™ framework, connecting each letter to the daily work of leaders, coaches, and teachers. Nicole S. Turner begins with the big picture so everyone can see how coaching, professional learning, and leadership align. Then we slow down, moving through each letter one at a time and pausing for honest reflection and team dialogue along the way.
As we move through the framework, we examine how to set a clear vision for coaching, invite teachers into the work in ways that build trust, measure coaching impact without turning it into evaluation, and provide layered support—from classroom foundations to instructional execution.
